Adjustable and Comfortable – Bought a medium for my daughter who has a wrist width of a little under 6 1/2 inches and it fits great with room for adjustment downward or upward. The pack comes with 2 pairs of grips (black and pink straps) and 2 pairs armbands – pink and white (3 1/2 inches long)

Great for my little my gymnastics beginner – These have worked out excellent for my 9-year-old. She’s still new in gymnastics and started getting blisters from the bar. These grips have really helped, along with some chalk. Got into a bit of a dispute with another parent about how to properly wear these palm grips. These are NOT dowel grips, so these grips are only intended to cover/protect the palms. If you buy them a little large (like I did), you can fold the leather at the base of the fingers to act as a false dowel and get some finger protection and extra grip.
