These mixers are great. – They have a small holder in the lid that you can lift up to carry with a finger. There is one flaw, the holder that is part of the lid leaks if left up.

Twist Cap mixer cup is great – It is so easy to twist the cap and drink my protein shake with this mixer, so I gifted a pink one to each of my daughters. It’s pretty, and the shaker ball works well for all kinds of shaken drinks. Best of all, I don’t cut my thumb trying to open a flip cap. This one twists to close and twists to open. Five stars for sure!

No powder clumps – It’s a great blender bottle for protein shakes. The whisk ball really gets rid of those little powder clumps that most shaker bottles can’t. The lid is easy to take off and clean and the top screws on, so there’s no shaker surprise. It’s the best shaker bottle I’ve had so I’ve already bought another one.

Its a bottle and it does hold water for the gym – This bottle is exactly as advertised. It holds water just fine and the blender ball works though Im not a protein shake person so there has been no extended use of the ball. The only downside to the bottle is the carry handle feel a bit small compared to most bottles I’ve had but thats more of a preference thing. I will say that this bottle seems to sweat more than any of my other clear plastic bottles when containing a cold liquid. Overall is a fine bottle and does as expected.
