Great for balance training! – I am a fitness enthusiast. I bought my ball on this web-site over a year ago, and I use it 2-3 times per week on average. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this trainer for people middle aged or older to do BALANCE TRAINING. What do I mean by “balance training”? Stand on the ball! Here’s my journey.

Pump was hard to use – I like that it is a sturdy piece of equipment that I can use at home. I need to do more exercises that require balance and use of all the little muscles that provide stability. I am sold on the equipment. A couple of problems with this delivery. It appeared that this might have been previously returned. The bag that holds the pump had a significant tear in it, as if someone cut it open rather than seperate the seal. There was no instruction or user manual in the box. The ball and pump seemed to be in unused condition, though. Inflation is not easy particularly if you don’t have instructions. The part of the pump that you would hold next to the ball was too small. I could only hold it between my thumb and two fingers. Would prefer to use my entire hand. When you pump it, be sure to have a plug (two included) IMMEDIATELY available because it deflates rapidly when you remove the pump from the filling hole.

The high quality I’ve come to expect. – I am recovering from surgery to my left leg. Even though I have met my physical therapy goals, I am still noticing strength imbalances between my left and right legs. My PT involved some work on a Bosu ball and gyms I had belonged to also stocked them. I ordered mine and it arrived yesterday. The box was roughed up a bit, but the product was in good shape. Inflation was easy. There is a provided pump and two plugs to use (in case one is lost). I used it today during my regular home gym workout and then for some specific physical therapy-related exercises. It performed perfectly, just like the models in professional gyms. I am looking forward to incorporating the Bosu Trainer into my regular workouts even long after my recovery is complete.

Great for home PT for knee replacement – When I had my right knee replaced in January 2022, a lot of my PT included exercises on the BOSU balance trainer. Now I’ve just had my left knee replaced, and with limits on PT imposed by my insurance company (boo) I need to do more of my PT at home, so I purchased my own BOSU balance trainer.
