Need to provide your own container – It’s chalk. Like all other chalk. But it comes in a flimsy box so you will have to provide your own container for transport and/or storage once you begin using the block.

Plenty of chalk – I got a large supply of lifting chalk for a very reasonable price. The chalk blocks can be a bit brittle, they tend to split and break a little bit, but once I modified how I was using them I find they last a long time and do a great job of increasing my grip on the bar during heavy pulls.
