Cap not dishwasher safe – Great water bottle. Description say’s dishwasher safe. The bottle is but the cap is not. Advised in the instructions that seal may leak if lid is dishwasher cleaned.

Love them! – In the world of water bottles, there are a lot of choices out there. I bought my daughter two of these for her birthday a few weeks ago and they are wonderful! I didn’t want a plastic bottle with forever chemicals (although the spout is plastic) so I was searching for insulated metal water bottles. The canister has been washed in the dishwasher every day and nothing is peeling off or damaged (note: the lid should be hand washed and not go in the dishwasher). She still has ice in her water at the end of the day! Great size for older kids and great design! She has sensory preferences and she loves her new water bottles too! Worth every penny!

Fixed a problem quick! – Ordered and loved this bottle until I realized the “straw” was broken at the joint with the lid when I tried to use. Contacted seller for a replacement straw and they sent an entire new bottle. Great customer service on a defective product issue. Nice to see customer services still exists!

Perfect – Took these on a cruise with us and they’re great. No leaking, didn’t break. They have a wide opening so they are easy to fill and the pop top button is great for not having to directly touch the drinking area. I am a little worried about that latch to attach the bottle to a clip, because it felt plasticky, but I carried it by that the entire trip and neither of the two bottles I purchased broke. So must be stronger than it looks. It did a good job of keeping our water cold.

not so dishwasher friendly – I ended up buying two of these. mine is dark green and my wife got the light blue & green. the description said the bottle is dishwasher safe (but hand wash the lid). we put my wife’s in the dishwasher (top rack) and not it has these dots on it. they look like water marks that just don’t come off. we decided that it didn’t ruin the integrity of the bottle and makes it unique so we aren’t returning it but wont be putting it in the dishwasher any more which was a big selling point to me.
