A ‘just in case’ essential for traveling – I bought this bag as a separate ‘just in case’ bag when I went overseas recently, and it came really handy. I knew I was going to buy a lot of things while overseas that I could not stuff into my single suitcase, so this foldable duffle bag opens up to a really huge bag that I was able to use to stuff all my clothing into it, and then use my suitcase to safely hold all the goodies I bought overseas. I would though, not pack anything but clothing on that duffle bag if you’re going to use it for airline travel since anything else but clothing is going to get squashed, but in my situation it was perfect for my needs.

Great for flights where you only have a personal item. – Was doing short trips, where I didn’t want to have to pay for a carry-on item. Was great for things like clothes, where you don’t really need a hard shell around them, and don’t want to waste the space.

So handy – I love this bag, super great for bringing more home than you brought with. I chose the 20” so I could carry on if needed. It fits a lot, the shoe section is great. I’ve checked it twice, once all the way from Europe and haven’t had any issue with tears or breaking. I only fill it with clothes/fabric and one pair of shoes…nothing sharp or too heavy. Bring a twist tie to secure the zipper shut so it doesn’t open on its own in transit. Super useful bag

Great for moving, but wouldn’t rely on it for many moves. – I bought the 80L bag for an international move. It held up great for the first two flights and moving through two hotels. I plan on buying a couple more as I have more items to move on a few more flights. But, If you plan on checking this bag I would make sure you aren’t exceeding the weight limit or putting in heavy sharp objects as I doubt it would survive the treatment of the bag handlers.

Awesome, lightweight bag for travel! – Recently I had to take an unexpected trip, I needed a checked bag and quickly! Ordered this on Amazon, it came the next day! Thank goodness! I was nervous the bag would return mangled as it is extremely lightweight and the airlines… To my pleasant surprise, the bag was intact when retrieved from baggage claim! The shoe pocket was an awesome added feature as I needed to take a dirty pair of sneakers home, and didn’t want them in with my clothing…ew! The other incredible thing about it was how easily it stores, this bag literally folds into itself, zips up and packs away easily. So easily in fact, that when I had to fly back, I was able to put the folded bag in my backpack and carry it on with me. So thankful for Amazon Fulfilment on this item, and the manufacturer. I would highly recommend for travelers.

Great bag for watercolor plein aire & classes – This is the perfect bag for me to have all my watercolor supplies easily ready for traveling for watercolor classes and plein air painting. Everything fits in one bag (I got the 24″/60L size) and is ready to go. I use a plexiglass board to hold 11×15″ paper during painting, and it also helps keep the sheets of paper neat and protected while in transit and it easily fits in the bag. I do plan on purchasing a small- medium size tackle box to organize my paint tubes and other small items which I now have in ziptop bags & I expect it will also fit inside this bag. I really like it and recommend it.

Dinged one star for color, not Lemon – I picked Lemon as I figured it would be bright and obvious when used for travelling. Other than it being more mustard than lemon, the bad seems good. It fits my Teton 65L hiking backpack, so I can put my backpack inside this for checking on an airline. Fingers crossed it will hold up to the airlines treatment.

The 120L. is huge. You can fit a child in it. But being lightweight the child would probably escape. – Seriously, the 120L is a large bag. I used a hot pink one on a recent Elk Hunting trip. it was able to hold everything I put in it and it did not rip! It folds up nicely to a tiny package, so when not in use it does not take up much space.
