Bad switch but they replaced the cushion immediately – I got two. They aren’t soft (solid styrofoam core with a heating element) but heat up fast and get more than warm enough. The switch went bad on one so they sent me a replacement as soon as I reported the problem and before I even returned the bad one. Good customer service.
