High quality and top notch customer service – We have roughly 8 different containers in my household that have these caps and we love them! Great for kids 2 and above once they graduate from sippy cups. We’ve been using them for years, but unfortunately some of my kids have a tendency to bite into the spout with their teeth when they open them. I finally got tired of buying entire new caps to replace them and contacted the company to see if they could sell me some spouts. Well instead they just shipped me 8 new ones for free, even though it wasn’t a defective product! I’m blown away and will continue to recommend these!

Works great! – Works great! Was upgrade from long ago version of this top which squeaked and only worked tipped to one side. This version has no squeaks and doesn’t care about direction. I’ve seen pictures where it seems to be possible to disassemble… would be nice to have instructions for cleaning. Also the color problem with Amazon picture (black vs green) is real… I went with what the listing said (“black”… even though the picture looks green) and got what I wanted (black… see how things get confusing quick:).

Noisy – I was a little disappointed to see how noisy this was to drink out of. And then I lost my Klean Kanteen, so this got lost as well.

Leaky – The lid leaks BADLY when the bottle is tipped upside down and even dribbles a little when the bottle lays flat. It tipped over in my car and leaked all over work papers one day, ruining them.

Description differs from photo – These lids are great and they last a long time. The tip is made of something like Silicon and the rest is a harder plastic. I don’t know how to clean in the crevices so I just boil them. I have boiled them many many times and they all work and looks perfectly fine. Only drawback if the picture doesn’t match the description. I found the description to be accurate not the picture

Do not use as a chew toy – I like this water bottle because it is simple, sturdy and doesn’t leak. But my daughter wouldn’t stop gnawing on the top so I had to replace the cap.
