Waterbottle – These are good water bottles but it leaked all over my bookbag and destroy my phone so I had to get a new one

Bottles and customer service are excellent – The only bad thing I can say about these water bottles is that they sweat but that is to be expected with this type of water bottle. They do not leak when the cap is on all the way and the flip lid is fully closed as my kids have tested several times. I had one cap that came with a manufacturer defect and contacted the seller about the issue. Customer service was excellent and quick to respond. I only asked for a new cap to replace the defected one but I received a whole new bottle in the mail today (in perfect condition I might add lol) and it had been less than a week ago since I contacted them. They tell you on the website and on each bottle that they are not dishwasher or freezer safe which isn’t a bad thing as it means that less chemicals/products are added. The added loop for carrying is a nice touch and it is easy to clean with a bottle brush as it doesn’t have any “hard to reach” or the “impossible to reach” spots as some water bottles have. I would definitely purchase again.

So flimsy! – These are made out of a soft squeezable plastic like a cheap shampoo bottle. There’s no way I can see these surviving in a kids backpack without getting squeezed and leaking everywhere. Sent them back.

Perfect for the kids! – I have 4 kids, and the these water bottles are perfect for them! I really appreciate the color options! I have used a couple of these myself and they do not leak. They are pretty easy to clean. I use a long bottle brush to clean all my water bottles. You can fit ice in these, but if you have a couple pieces stuck together it might be hard to make them fit in. My 5 year old has been carrying hers everywhere with her! I do not really have any complaints! Get product for a great price! If I had to complain about something, it would be to have the bottle opening just a tad bit wider to help ice fit easier. Otherwise it is a a 5 star product for my family!
