Missing parts – edit – great customer service – Edit**** changed to a 4 star review. After posting my original review someone from the company reached out to me and offered to send a new one. I got it a couple days later with the bar that was missing in the first package

It is perfect! – I liked this so much for my daughter that l just bought a 2nd one! She has all of her gymnastics medals hanging from the bar and trophies across the shelf above the bar. It’s super cute and sturdy, we are so pleased!

Dowel size too long…. – Ordered two and the dowels that hold the medals were both too long. The screws that hold the bracket on (that hold the dowel) protrude so much that I couldn’t get them in. Thank god I am handy so I used my electric sander to file them down but it was annoying to have to “doctor” the product to get it to work.

Good Space Saver – This isn’t the most sturdy shelf out there, but I think it’s fantastic for the price. Easy to install and not super obtrusive as well.
