      Does what is says – Holds cold water for a long period – although I end up drinking it all for my workout. Fairly easy to clean as the nipple can twist off so you can really get it clean. I usually just keep it in the open/drinking position and water does not spill out even if I accidently hit it onto its side.

      Water bottle is perfect for everyday use – I just got started in working out and my physical trainer told me I need to drink a gallon of water everyday. I carry this water bottle around everywhere and fill it 6 times a day and drink from it. It also fits perfectly in my bike rack and if I want ice cold water, I typically fill the bottle full of ice and it stays cold for the full time I’m at the gym or biking. I have the 24 ounce water bottle.

      Drips if you don’t push down on spigot – I’m mostly happy with this bottle which is a replacement for a similar one I left on the top of my car…my only complaint is that if you don’t push down on the spigot it will leak if not upright.       Not much insulating power, picks up flavors and smells – Works fine as a regular water bottle. Easy to hold. Soft and squeezable. However, the insulation doesn’t do very much. Maybe it keeps direct sunlight off of your drink and keeps it cooler that way, but doesn’t do much vs ordinary water bottle on a hot day. Had a tendency to absorb smells from prior drink or dishwasher soap.
