Sell outs – I ordered this too for my husband since his other top finally broke after 5 or 6 years of use…. I was excited to see Rtic sold lids separate. The other lid and jug were extremely durable, which is perfect for my husbands job (construction/tradesman), it took every fall and bump and dent like a champ…. Put new lid on Monday (4 days ago) and he accidentally dropped in on a day from maybe a foot off the ground and the lid cracked 🙁 total bummer. Definitely not built like the lids before 🙁

Economical. – I bought this as a replacement cap. This is from a gallon jug. Lasted 3 years till the gasket broke. Everything else was durable.

Had to replace the original – The orginal broke after it fell on the ground from a relatively short fall. I do wish there was some sort of air vent to make the flow better while drinking. For what you are getting these tops I do feel are a bit expensive.

Great cooler – Had to buy replacement lid because I let a coworker poor some water and ice into his cheap cooler and he over tightened the lid. I had to turn it so hard it bent the handle and the O ring started leaking. You only need to snug it tight and it will keep ice for 2 days, great cooler and worth the money not to have your water spilled out when you need it.
