Poor instructions – Well written and illustrated instructions are incredibly important to me, it can mean the difference between a quick and easy assembly or an assembly full of frustration. I would say these assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired. They could be enlarged and may be printed on more than one sheet of paper. They could also include a little more information to avoid having to disassemble the whole thing because unfortunately, the sides of the rack are not identical, and that’s not noted on the instructions. You’ll need to note that the side with the extra holes goes on the right so that you can use the hangers that are included… but not anywhere noted on the assembly instructions. (I honestly had no idea what these extra parts were as they weren’t pictured or mentioned on the product page or mentioned in the instructions I only discovered what they were after I finished assembly and went back to figure it out, only found it in a review)

Helps keep kids’ outdoor toys organized – I found this relatively easy to assemble despite other reviewers’ experiences. Each of the components felt lightweight and flimsy, but felt relatively sturdy when completely assembled together. Welding quality was not clean nor symmetrical, and the powder coating could have been a lot better, but it’s fine for what it is as a toy organizer that sits in a garage or storage shed. I like that it came with casters to help move the organizer around more easily. I also think it’s very overpriced at $70, but a $50 price point would be a lot more palatable. Overall I like it a lot because it helps organize clutter especially with balls and other knickknacks.

Needs better execution – This was fairly easy to assemble once I gave up on the instructions and tools it came with. Invest on professionally designed and printed instructions. Tools you provide should be easy to use and not cut in half. Welding are subpar. Panels don’t line up well. I do like this storage idea. But better execution and quality control would have made this a 5 star product.

Bait and Switch – So the picture is not the item I received. Most of the connections were misaligned and my husband had to use force to connect them. The bottom of the cage is just a mesh with no supports as shown in the picture. The basket which is nicely aligned in the photo is not in the cheap imitation I was sent. Also there is no sheen in the paint, it’s pretty flat. Aside from that, the packaging should have been more protective of the wire baskets they were stacked and therefore slightly distorted. I hope what I received was a fluke.
