They are ok – I have used them for a few weeks, these are Medium size and im 5’11 with regular size hands maybe a little big bigger, this size does not create that much dowel effect to grip the barbells or dumbbells, a large size would be perfect but there’s no option, price is great and everything is fine, to get the 5 start maybe pay attention to small details such as the printing of the logo, which they are not centered looks kinda bad, the bag is red and not black like in the picture and maybe add a Left and Right label because its kinda confusing, last thing they might be a little difficult to put on, besides what i said, they are good for the price and they get the job done if they fit you well
