All the zip ties broke – The lights are great and instructions are clear. We set it up on a 70° day. Half of the zip ties broke as we were putting them on, and the rest broke after a few baskets. Luckily we had our own zip ties and fixed it, but I tossed the ones that came with it. The lights work fine and have held up through several days of rain.

Great gift! – Gifted this for a 6 year old birthday gift and it was raved about by parent who installed it.

Need better packaging!! – These light looks great and were very easy to install. However, if you are planning to give them as a gift (which I was), there is NO presentation. I was VERY disappointed with the box. They were recieved in a very small plain brown box with NO picture inside or out of what is in the box. So when it is opened you will have to explain what the lights are. My son is 12 and can figure out most things himself. He knew the remote worked the LED lights, but that was about it. Anyway, other than very poor presentation, the lights themself are good.

Great item but with concerns – Gave this LED hoop 5 stars simplily because it appeared well made, sturdy and wold have easy to put up. Got it so my Grandkids could play b-ball on their driveway after Dalight Savings Time made the sun down 5:00pm ! But decided not to intall and returned the item the next day after considering that since they would be playing in the dark and chasing rebound balls into the street in the dark (they live in the suburbs) would not be a safe or good idea. Really like the item but had second thoughts regarding safe use. Would recommend but not next to a street at dark.

Just OK – These are cool to have on at night. The only complaint I have is that the remote doesn’t work perfectly. We would push the blue button and the color would change to red. It’s very random.
