Straw detaches in the bottle sometimes – It’s nice, but I don’t use the straws anymore because they detach from the lid in the bottle sometimes. If you don’t use the straws you just have to tip the bottle physically up to drink from the mouth, which works just fine for me. Does not leak, and the hinge for the flip mouth isn’t loose.

Only downside is as ice melts, it can clog the opening and slow the water flow, but that’s if you tilt the flask a bit too high. Can’t say it’s better than the straw lid one but it way easier to clean! and the security feature to lock the flipcap is a plus! Very much recommend this lid to those who rather chug than sip.

Great but the top part leaks a little – I bought this for a bubba wide mouth bottle. it doesn’t fully twist all the way down to the bottle. it will not leak from the side only from the top. Just a few droplets. im going to keep it because it seems to be the only straw lid i can find for my bubba bottle. i would just keep in mind it leaks a little bit before you purchase.

(Which does not matter to me) I got tired of my hydro flask wide flex cap, so I decided to change it up to a Hydro Flask Wide Mouth Lid. I Did not want to pay for the name brand kind so I did my research & came across this brand. Price is good. Lid Fits perfect for my 32oz bottle.
