It does hold water bottles and works very well for the price – I recommend this product if you want a functional inexpensive gym bag. I’ve had it for about 6 months. I disagree with the postings that said it won’t hold a water bottle. Mine does just as in the photo. I disagree with the postings about size. It’s plenty large. I can fit several days of workout clothing, towels, music, mp3 water bottle. IDs, shoes, shower shoes. I’ve never not had enough room. So I’m perplexed by those who complained. Not it is not made out of leather or crocodile – it’s functional fabrics. But it is much better than the beatup bag that I’d been using for 10 years that was just embarrassing (the wear on it showed my dedication to working out). I hope this one lasts for 10 years too. Probably won’t because it’s not high quality materials but I’m guessing without extreme wear and tear I can get 2 or 3 years out of it at least.

Great for its price. – It’s a simple bag and I get annoyed with reviews that say how cheaply things are made. Surely no one expects to get a Jaguar for the price of a Versa?

Great bag! – As other users have stated, this is not an overly large bag. If you are looking for a bag that holds several changes of clothes or multiple pairs of shoes, keep looking. That said, I think it is the perfect size for what I needed. I was looking for a bag that was big enough to hold my gym clothes, shoes, water bottle, towel and protein bars. This bag is exactly the right size for that. There is a small pocket on the front in the middle that works well to hold keys, deodorant, etc. and two mesh pockets that are designed to hold a small water bottle. As I use a fairly large water bottle, I stuck two empty crystal light containers in them and use one for my MP3 player and one for my money, jewelry, etc. The handles are sturdy and the adjustable strap is a plus.

Amazing bag for the price, but quality is defintley reflective of the price. – I’m impressed how good this bag was for the price. It’s definitely not fooling anyone into thinking it’s a first quality bag, but the price was just so incredibly low, I had to buy it. The orange color is very bright and vivid. The zippers are all low quality, and the straps are made of incredibly low quality webbing which twists around and doesn’t stay straight, they look kind of awful. I don’t expect much from the bag though, but it’s actually done superbly so far, we’ll see if I keep going to the gym every day for a while, maybe I’ll just buy another when this one dies.

Sturdy and Roomy – This bag is tough enough to lug around my things to and from the gym. I’ve tossed in clothing and shoes and other assorted goodies. It handles everything I throw in it. I love that it has both a shoulder strap as well as the handles to carry it with. Sometimes one way is more convenient than the other. It’s very roomy too. I love the outer small pocket to put my keys and earphones in for easy access. The only thing I am not 100% thrilled about is the bottle holders. It is very nice to have a dedicated spot for 2 bottles, however I may just be trying to squeeze the wrong size water bottles in there, but they always seem to tip over and out when I’m lifting the bag up. Over all this bag is great quality, plenty of room and nicely designed.

Nice sized bag, sort of floppy – I bought this bag when I had great aspirations of going to the gym regularly and although I haven’t gone as much as I’d hoped, I do use this bag an awful lot. When I use it to take to the gym there’s enough space inside for a pair of shoes and a complete change of clothes, and maybe a water bottle. I don’t use the outside pockets for anything, because I carry a more substantial bottle of water than the single-use shown in the picture
