Excellent whistles – The Hipat whistles compare very favorably with the Acme Thunderer whistle which is made in the UK. The Hipat whistle is stainless steel, compared with the Acme Thunderer which is made of brass with nickel plating. They are both very high quality whistles in all respects. I have an Acme Thunderer that I have carried daily for about 50 years, yes, 50 years. I have given lots of whistles to friends and recently ran out. I discovered the Hipat whistles when searching for a new supply of gift whistles, the Hipats have been very well received. The image has Hipat on Right, Thunderer on Left.
