How do I get a replacement band or buckle? – I bought this as a birthday gift for an 8-year-old. She loves it. The only problem is that the buckle broke and I have not been able to find a replacement. I’ve written two emails to the company and have not received a response.

My son loves this – My 6 year old loves this tracker watch. Better alternative then a more expensive tracker that I was worried he would lose. Holds up a charge for a long time like about a week or so. Different color options .

Heart rate tracker is not accurate at all – I was so excited to get this because it has a cute band and the extra features to check blood oxygen, blood pressure, and see text messages. Those seem to do ok, but the heart rate monitor is off by a lot. I returned it for that reason.

A shower will ruin it – Cute kids watch and functioned well. My son wore it in the shower one night and it never worked after that. Maybe the description has been updated now, but “waterproof” does not mean it’ll last after a shower.

Grandson loves it! – I bought this for my grandson for his 5th birthday and he loves it! He wears it every day, and we connected it to my daughter’s phone and found out that you can read texts on it and it buzzes when the phone rings, and I think she can make it buzz when she wants to also, so they can use it to alert him to come see what his mom wants, haha! It’s really awesome.
