Got as a decoration, kept for utility – I bought these as a cute decoration for my son’s birthday party. Some came with broken bases. The corners were chipped off prior to shipping, because there were no broken pieces in the box indicating they were damaged during shipping. But, even with broken bases, they still serve their purpose and we have continued to use them to mark off parking areas, create obstacle courses, and set boundaries for playing fields.

Fun toy for kids! – We gave these as a present to our 8 year old neighbor yesterday. His other birthday present was an RC car and he had a blast weaving through the cones to improve his RC skills.
