Great customer service – It was easy to assemble, more so with 2 people, but can do with one. The top basket was defective and couldn’t screw it on, but the seller was fast to respond and quick to replace it. Great customer service. It’s great for the garage and the many sports my kids play.

Missing a key part in packaging and direction not to scale – Update on the below. I’ve come to realize the part is actually cloth not metal. So it seems I do have the entire thing! Needless to say directions could use a little help. I tend to be pretty inclined.
