Disappointed – I ordered this 16oz insulated bottle because I love our last one, was the perfect size and keeps everything cold for a very long time but they sent me a 18oz regular bottle instead it wasn’t insulated at all. Im disappointed its a real inconvenience and isn’t what I paid for. The bottle they sent me dents fairly easily and one of the main reasons I ordered the insulated was because it doesn’t dent as quickly. Just be aware you might receive the wrong item.
